    You can apply directly through our careers page by submitting your resume and relevant details for the role you are interested in.

  • Do you accept applications from fresh graduates or volunteers?

    Yes, we welcome passionate fresh graduates and individuals who are committed to making a positive social impact.

  • What is the recruitment process?

    Our recruitment process typically takes 4–6 weeks and follows several stages. We review and shortlist suitable applications, followed by a request for an introduction video to assess communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality awareness, and relevant experience.

    Successful candidates will be invited for an interview to further evaluate their skills and suitability for the role. Final candidates may have the opportunity to visit our workstations, experience our operations firsthand, and meet with senior management.

  • Can I apply for more than one role?

    Yes, you may apply for multiple positions that match your skills, experience, and interests.

  • Can I apply if I'm not Malaysian?

    For permanent positions, we are currently looking for local staff only. For internship positions, international applicants are welcome to apply.
